I am running Tautulli on ds920+ using linuxserver image through the native docker app. All has been fine for the past couple of years. I updated my containers for several apps a couple days ago and Tautulli web interface is no longer accessible. I’m not sure my previous version but it was probably only one or two back. I update the containers every month or so. But i am now on the latest 2.12.4.
I have rebooted the syno several times. Reset the container twice. Deleted the items from the config file per your FAQ. But i cannot get the web interface accessible again. Let me know your thoughts or what else you need me to provide for guidance. Thanks.
edit: not sure if this can be of relevance BUT docker was failing to search the registry for new images. it would timeout. This has happened in the past. So i temporarily switch my primary dns server from my router to google. This allowed docker to search properly. This is when Tautulli was not accessible. I then switched my primary DNS server back to my router. secondary is still google. Rebooted syno. reset Tautulli. etc. still not accessible. All other containers web interfaces are accessible.
