Web interface unavailable after first time setup on Unraid

Hi. I have a functioning Plex docker on my Unraid server. But unfortunatly i cannot access the web interface after i ran the first time setup. So small changes and forcing a library sync is out of the question for example.

I have a comprehensive diagnostics collection here. The server has a static IP. I’m trying to access the server interface from http://192.168.0.191:32400/web and not being able to see the web server page makes me quite annoyed.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?
