In TCL TV+ App Store I cannot find Plex app.
Is there any way to install PLEX on that TV?

It’s an android OS - without Google play store.
That means you should be able to install the APK by hand (somehow) and/or install the play store and then install from there.
(This came across my radar as I’m looking at buying one of these sets (TCL) and had the same question. There are a couple of tutorials online for both options.
