TCL Roku - French subtitle are always burn-in

When I play my MKV, if the subs language are tagged “fre;French”, it burns them in. It also transcode my audio no matter which language even if the codec direct play before adding subs.

If I remove the tag (UND) it direct play fine with no issue with text. If I retag them, FRE, it start burning them again.

Subs are all SRT UTF-8. Special character works fine in ENG sub. I check the SRT and they are identical plain text(FR vs EN) except for the transaltion.

Any simple way to correct that?
