Logon to plex.tv from your PMS.
Then from a browser, also auth. towards plex.tv, and then go to https://plex.tv/pms/resources.xml
You should then be able to see the address been used.
And sadly, PMS listen on all IP’s avail on the server, and can’t be configured

Plex always reports all the IPs on the server. The Devs have never allowed a specific IP to be set even though there has been plenty of people requesting the feature.
Are all of the IP’s internet facing or local internal IPs? If not, then PMS will report the IPs on the server and Plex.tv will register your internet facing IP. Such as if you’re using a NAT’d router with a single internet IP, your PMS IPs will be registered as local IPs and your external internet IP will be picked up as the remote IP address for clients outside your LAN.
If that’s the case, you’d just port forward from your sonic wall the local IP of your choice.
I will say, I’d prefer a NIC binding setup someday.
maybe you can get it to work with this:

Nasty, IMHO
Well like the answers, but unfortunately listening on all ports is not good. I will try to edit the resources.xml and see how that works. I have plex running on my web server, Plex needs to have the ability to hard set the IP.

It is a generated file and cannot be edited.
Well then not sure how I can get plex published on the WAN. plax says all is ok, and I have the forward and port number open to one of the 4 IP’s and I still cant access from outside.

does anyone know how to fix this, not sure what I did the first time.
One one plex server the WAN IP is Right. 70.167.119.119,
publicAddressMatches=“0” presence=“1”>
on the other its not 70.167.119.114,
publicAddressMatches=“0” presence=“1”>
I need it to be 70.167.119.119, how do I change that!
