Remote Access

Server Version#: 1.18.6.2368
Player Version#: 1.18.6.2368

I’m trying to configure remote access for my Plex Library on ONE of the plex servers in the house. When I try to configure it, with port forwarding enabled on my router, it fails, and the IP address that it fails to on the WAN side is 107.181.189.xxx The correct address should be 104.158.31.xxx. I have no idea where Plex is getting the info for the 107 IP as even my router is providing the 104 IP, and I’m using DHCP with a reserved address on said server. Plex has been allowed in the firewall, and on one server in the network (The PC I’m typing this out on, remote access works without issue, and to a different port) However on the other PC with the much larger library, it’s not able to configure and comes up with that strange 107 IP.

Can anyone please give me some suggestions?

What IP address is shown if you go here:
https://www.canyouseeme.org

Is it the 107. or 104. one?

104 is not a legitimate private ip address.

Edit - Nevermind. I read your comment wrong.

Sadly, when I use that link, it shows the 104 address, I have no clue where plex is coming up with the 107 address.

is there a script that I could use to remove the stored addresses (if it uses something of the sort) Should I uninstall Plex on that server and reinstall, having to rebuild my library?
