this post from April 19th should confirm everything, but as @kazz3r24 said, they moved beta testing into the normal beta TestFlight.

Mobile (phone/tablet) Preview migrating to Beta channel

Hello friends, We will be decommissioning our Plex Preview apps for phones and tablets soon and are transitioning to our normal Beta program. The timing of releases between the “Public”, “Beta”, and “Preview” apps might be slightly uneven during the next couple of weeks, since the review pipelines and approvals for each are separate and so might not always be completed at the same time.
