TH Shows Card refresh

Hello, have made some card for a tv show. And I would like to refresh or force refresh so they appear right away on my server/player.
Is there an option for that ? A button to press ? Any specific parameter or action. ?

Do you mean a poster?
If you do, store the graphics file in jpg format beside your videos. Name them according to https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220717-local-media-assets-tv-shows/
Tick “Use local assets” in the properties of your tv show library.
Once you’ve done that, Refresh Metadata of the show.
