The server is not powerful enough to convert this video for smooth playback on a vps. Please help.

So i am trying to use plex with vps+amazon cloud storage mounted on a vps (plex is not working with acd as i can see, so decided to use it with vps).
VPS has 2 CPU intel exon 3300 MHZ, RAM 2gb.

When i try to watch an episode of a TV show via web interface or plex home theater (mediainfo from plex
) it stops every 4 seconds and plex writes "The server is not powerful enough to convert this video for smooth playback ". If i try to watch an episode via web interface with ssh tunnel, I mean, if i do command like:

ssh -L 127.0.0.1:32400:127.0.0.1:32400 root@server-ip

And then go to 127.0.0.1:32400/web on my computer and try to watch the same episode, it doesn’t stop every 4 seconds, it’s playing well without any pauses.

May be somebody got this error too and somehow fixed it, i hope so.

UPD: Switched “Burn subtitles” to “Only image formats”, now it seems, that video doesn’t stop and cpu’s are loaded for 4-20% while watching video. I guess, it’s normal, so no help needed by now. Thank you.
