Hello! I think this is where I should post. if not, please point me to the proper area. I have multiple people outside my personal network connecting to my Plex that have no issues. Lately though, 2 are having issues connecting. One user has tried on a PS4 and PS3 and the other on a LG SmartTV. I haven’t changed any settings and other PS4 and smarttv users are able to access my plex. The full error is The server “InsertNameHere” cannot be reached securely. An insecure connection may be possible. Do you want to allow insecure connections? Even if they hit always, it cycles back to this. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.
