Why not just make a new account with a modified email from yours (wvbyrne+teamparents@gmail.com) for the team parents to share, add that to your Home and be done? You won’t even have to put a pin on that account (you should for all your others thou).

I’m fairly certain that would break the rules of Plex licensing, but if it doesn’t it’s incredibly inventive. Really solid idea.
