The “Unwatched or watched” indicator does not appear for users,

Hi and thanks for your help. It seems that my users are not tracking their episode on their TV or computer. After listening to an episode or a film there is no “watched” indicator. Why?
For my part, everything works well and the indicator appears automatically. For my users they have to put it manually after each reading.
