Hi,
Hopefully someone can help me I’ve been trying to install the latest version of Plex Media Server, PlexMediaServer_1.0.0.2261-a17e99e_x64, on my N5550 NAS with Thecus OS7 3.0.0.6 Firmware.
I receive the following error: “2016/06/30 20:14:15: App installation failed because NAS versions does not match.”
Is this an issue with my NAS or is this something that can be tweaked in the installation file to allow installation of the new Plex Media Server on my NAS? Thanks in advance for your help.
