Theme music on Plex for Windows does not work for me

Server Version#: Plex Media Server for Windows 1.30.2.6563
Player Version#: Plex for Windows 1.63.3.3523-1eff9563

I am on Windows 10 22He. I have “Play Theme Music” in Plex for Windows enabled, but theme music does not play for me. On the latest version of Plex HTPC (1.33.2.3525-140e01eb) theme music does play.

Is there anyone else with the same issue, or is it just me? Any pointers as to what I may have misconfigured?

This is unusual. I use the feature on Windows. Do you have application logs as that may explain what is happening?
