I hate the limited sorting and filter options in the own Tidal apps, this is already so much better in the Plex integration! e.g. in Tidal the artist names with 'The ’ are all alphabetically sorted on T… so f*up. I love Plex. The only thing I am truely missing is the possibility to select/filter on artist genre and/or style. For example I want to shuffle music from all artists in one or more selected genre(s). This is not possible at the moment.
You can filter for Artist genre using the advanced filter.
The Style information can be filtered with the regular filter too.
Yes you’re right, but this is only possible when added in the Plex library. However, I would like it to be seperate; my cd rips being mp3 files on my NAS administrated in de Plex music library, and the Tidal music, being ‘My Tidal’ collection kept in the Plex Tidal integrated view. There is only filtering on artist, album, song or video…
