There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

Server Version#: 1.16.6.1592
Player Version#: 3.108.2

The server is not showing any information at all on the home screen.

An Apple TV client Home Screen shows that the server is unavailable; The TV Screen shows the same information; however, the Movies screen loads normally.

A web client has the same behavior as the Apple TV client.

I have tried restarting the server and updating to the most recent version, but neither have resolved the issue.

What should I try next?

All clients are connected to the plex server, that’s not the issue.

It’s just the home and tv screens…they say that they are not connected. But movies and other screens work normally.
