There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard
I see many mentions on the error but no solutions >>?

This is often caused due to a corrupted database. Options are:

1 - restore a backup database, https://support.plex.tv/articles/202485658-restore-a-database-backed-up-via-scheduled-tasks/
or
2 - Repair the existing one, https://support.plex.tv/articles/201100678-repair-a-corrupt-database/
