There’s no way to see if a user has seen a picture stored in Plex, right… unlike videos where I can view play history?
No. Doing so would explode the extent of the history records.
If this wasn’t more than a few hours ago, you can try to find the access in the Plex Media Server.log, but this requires that debug logging (but not verbose logging) was already activated.
