I often play movies myself or see them listed in “Now Playing” and then later when I look in “View Full History” they are not listed? Is this a bug or am I missing something that causes them to not be logged?
This has been happening for quite a while.
Upvote on this. I just upgraded to Plex Pass and the Dashboard is missing more history than it captures! A quick google on this shows it’s a known issue.
I see plenty of playback but it isn’t recorded as played later in history.
Please fix Plex! Is there a bug submission forum?
This is indeed the case, if you match Tautulli with Plex history there is a big difference !
