I’ve been running movies and TV shows off my WD MyCloud Mirror for about two years and streaming to Roku, Fire TV and playing directly from the interface on my laptop, with no issue, but yesterday, I started getting the above error message and I can’t figure out why. I’ve got a variety of file types, but mostly MKV, MP4 and AVI and the error is showing for all of these file types.

Any suggestions on how to proceed so I can get back to watching?

As an addition, I was still getting the error last night, but only on TV shows. I was able to watch randomly chosen films, but most of the TV shows I tried to view got the error. And I pulled up the files with another application (VLC) with no problem, so I know it’s not the files, it has to do with PLEX.
