Thumbnails slow way way down?

Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve got plex server running on a QNAP. The thumbnails just seem to not populate?? If I reset the plex addon, it works great for about 2-3 days… then back to slow… slow to no show thumbnails again.

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer_1.13.8.5395
Player Version#: any from Roku to web, same things.
