Can you get the Discovery Radio Station without having your own physical music library? Using just the “My Tidal” music that you have added?
Which type of Plex client are you using?
I couldnt find it on Plex Web App or Android. I can find it when I go to an existing music library with physical music but I dont see an option using only Tidal library.
Yes, it appears there is currently no way to get a Discovery Radio without having a music library of your own. The button is only available in a music library. 
Yeah thats pretty stupid. They need to add that ability asap.
Ditto - without radio/auto playlists purely for tidal, I see no point (I have no local music library).
