will Plex be capable of playing Tidal Dolby atoms music in the near future ? I’d like to request that capability soon if at all possible. I can’t be the only one that wants this am I ?
I don’t think tidal licenses the non-aac formats for 3rd party/partner use (like mqa/3d sound/etc).
this article doesn’t mention atmos, but does say MQA not supported by plex, so I can only assume that atmos is not/will not, and/or cannot be supported on plex.
thanks , I didn’t think of it like that . I just thought sins fire stick and nvidia shield could that plex could some how
