Tidal Playback is MIA

When attempting to play any Tidal content in the iOS Plex client or PlexAmp, the player simply runs immediately through all songs in an album or on a playlist…playback of the tracks never begins and there is never an error. It’s as if Plex is simply loading and immediately skipping through the entire album or playlist.

Once playback is attempted from the web or Windows Plex client, the following error is thrown.

I was once a software QA tester. I hated that job and left. Lately, I feel as if Plex is forcing me back. ;/

Still an issue for you? I’ve never come across that specific error, so I’m not sure. Was it working previously? Have you tried un-linking your TIDAL account and then re-linking?

I had tried unlinking and relinking. The issue seems to have resolved itself by 9p or so later that night.
