Hi There,
Tidal or Spotify so Plex can compete with ROON please. The music feature set REALLY needs a streaming partner so it can be an all in 1 solution for music across the house, phones, remote endpoints etc.
Currently only allowing your own files means needing to purchase streaming services as seperate apps and it is all disjointed/disconnected and frustrating.
The streaming services offer great music discovery and playlists etc. which Plex cannot.
Roon does this, but as part of paid plexpass this would be perfect as an all in 1 solution
