.TIF images files unable to load

Most of the .TIF image files that I export from the Windows astrophotography app “AstroSurface” are not able to be viewed in Plex. I get the error message “UNABLE TO LOAD PHOTO”. The images load normally in Windows Photos app, GIMP, ImageGlass, Dark Table and more. So there is something particular about how Plex is handling these images files that is causing them to not load properly. Anyone run into this? I tried attaching an example image to this post but the filetype is not authorized for some reason.
