Time is off by 1 hour

Hi everyone,

 

On PHT, the time is an hour slow currently.  I've set up the right timezone (I'm east coast so America/NewYork) ... and the time is correct on the raspberry pi (set EDT timezone)

 

I'm thinking it has to do with daylight savings time, but I haven't found a way to set it in PHT

 

 

 

Any ideas?
