So one of my users has problem, he is running on windows 7 and cant use plex media player.
Each time he try to play video comes "An error occurred trying to play “VIDEO”.
He tried it on some virtual machines and on the windows 10 it is working fine.
Also on the windows 7 one comes error in the windows log schannel with 36887 code 70, which means something with missing/wrong protocol version and hanshake failed. He has win7sp1, and only tls 1.2 which the certficate uses. Also he tried in his regedit to disable all protocols and force 1.2 tls. DNS rebind with plex.direct did also not worked. Allowing unsecurce connection on server and client side, didnt changed anything. A local plex media player on his machine worked fine. OpenPHT works also on the windows 7 maschine
His machine also have all updates, is there some kind of security feature missing in win 7?
