Too many movies poster in metadata

Sorry, i tried to post in italian forum but nobody answered. I don’t understand because Plex download 10+ poster for every movie. I need only to receive poster in italian language, what do I care to have it in German, French, English or Russian. Moreover it’s not possible to delete them from within the software. I wish to thank you in advance for your kindness and courtesy. Sorry for my bad English.
