So we’ve got a Plex server hosted on the main computer.
We run Plex on our main Toshiba tv downstairs and our Panasonic tv upstairs.
Both TV’s used to have the images on each film or series we have, now it is only the one upstairs.
I’ve been attempting to fix this by
Restarting the application,
Uninstalling and reinstalling
Clearing cookies
Log out log in
Refresh metadata from server
Clearing thumbnails from server
Optimizing the videos
Relinking the folder
Changed sources to get data
Seems to be what ever we do just doesn’t want to render any images, we only get the text for the video
