TV show / season posters not loading for TubeArchivist Plex plugin

Player Version#: 10.13.0.466 (running on Shield TV)

I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with poster thumbnails in a TV Programmes library not being displayed for mp4 videos downloaded from YouTube. The posters should be displayed by the TubeArchivist Plex plugin (Agent and Scanner) which are selected for the library but the developer assisting me cannot currently understand why they’re not being shown. They’ve asked me to post these log errors here to see if anyone might know what they’re caused by and if perhaps they’re related. The posters won’t display either on Android TV (Shield TV, which is also the server) or Plex Web.

Additional notes:

This seems to only be happening on this type of system, so a NVIDIA Shield hosted Plex server. Other forms are working, as expected.
The middle set of log snippet, indicating “Error bringing media local” have been confirmed to exist on the local filesystem and the Info.xml correctly includes those references.

The first set of log snippet is occurring for non-Tube Archivist media.

The last set of log snippet are other details that were found in the logs which might or might not be relevant.

Tube Archivist PMS logs indicate that the calls are being made properly to the external metadata server and the art, banner, and thumbnails are being pulled in properly.
