I use plex to listen to music.
I use the web app.
I often listen to entire albums.
Why is there logic to purposely change the ordering of the tracks which get played so that they don’t play in order? I am so baffled by this unhelpful UX.
I will attach a screenshot to simply illustrate this silly UX.
I’m assuming that, because two of the tracks have been rated, they are given precedence over the other tracks to completely ruin the ordering? This is not cool at all. Can I fix it myself or is this just baked into the UX?
Thanks so much for the prompt reply! I hope this screenshot is enough - I don’t think I have any filters selected but perhaps I’m unaware. I get to this particular view simply by viewing the artist (‘Khotin’) and then clicking on the album from then which I want to listen to. It seems to do the same thing on PlexAmp on my mobile device.
Thank you so much- it looks like those two tracks which were rated also did not have metadata filled out for the disc number while all others did for some reason.
Apologies for thinking it was a code issue on your end. Have an awesome day.
