Currently it is possible to configure to select audio and subtitle tracks based on some single language. And prefer either SDH or forced sub titles.
What is missing: preferring the default tracks defined at media file, which should override language based selection, SDH selection, but not forced tracks from media file.
A bit tedious to always change from English audio (default at Plex) to Japanese audio (default at media) track for each played episode. And also change to the correct English subtitle (2nd is default at media file) of two English sub titles.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
Therefore this one is closed, to prevent spreading the votes across several threads, even though they vote for the same (or at least very similar thing).
