I bought a LifeTime Plex pass recently, and movie trailers and extra are not automatically downloading even though I have the option set. If I go to the movie itself via the web interface and hit the refresh icon, it then downloads the trailer and extras for that single movie.
I am running Version 1.2.2.2857, any help would be much appreciated!

I thought it streamed them from the web, I could be wrong though. Seams like a silly thing to waste storage on though, if not.
I would be curious of the answer to this as well because I am going to turn it off if it is in fact supposed to be downloading these instead of streaming them. I have a lot of movies. : )
I am not sure if there are downloading them or not, I assume it was just downloading the links. Either way one of the main reasons for my purchase of Plex Pass was the be able to watch trailers so we as a family could pick out a movie on movie night.
You have to use chrome, but this is what I use for that purpose and its way better than their built-in functionality. They need to add everything this does to all the players.
I usually have to find what we are going to watch prior to going to the TV. I have way too many movies to just scroll around in a TV interface and play random trailers. : )

Ah cool no problem, I didn’t know they made an FF version as well so that is good to know. : )
