Trailers not available after latest plexconnect update

Hi all,

i'm running plexconnect on my raspberrypi for a long time, but after last update it stopped to work.

This happens on 2 atv, with the 6.02.

I've already tried to reinstall a fresh copy but nothing has changed.

The pms is on a qnap, and it is the latest release.

that's all, nothing happens after loading application.js

..I'm wrong or it seems that plexconnect cannot detect the pms ip? (192.168.150.150)

Make sure you reboot all devices, including your router.
If that does not work you can Try disabling GDM in settings.cfg to see if that is the issue (although you already have the IP hard coded it will still try and find the PMS through GDM first).

I've tried your suggestion but noting has changed.

Also restarting anything didn't produce any effect, it seems that plexconnect is still unable to detect the pms.

Clearing the hard code pms address also do not produce any effect.

Looks more like a "cert" issue...

Or maybe something completely different? As we have been there before... what is your language setting in aTV?

the cert was working until last update, so it's strange that now has a problem. Any way i can try to generate a new one as a last chance.

The language settings in my atv is Italian.

Really i can't say if this issue appear after the plexconnect updater after apple new channels push update.

Uh.

-> Nightmare! What are you guys doing? Last week we had the French, now the Italian...

Switch to English and all should be good. I guess I have to look into that issue...

you are right, the language is the problem. Switching to english solve the issue...

You need to became more "European" :)

I am pretty much European already.

But we don't do so many ' in our language - if this is really the issue...

Hmm. I was in the strange situation that I could click on trailers, see the plex library but when I selected a film it didn't play. When I clicked on play there was just for a second a moving circle and then I was back on the page with the film info.

I solved this by setting the language of my aTV3 from german to english.
