All of a sudden trailers stopped paying in Plex with a Roku (top model, relatively new). They have always worked fine but now they either stop at 33% Or they just skip through each one one by one, or all at once without stopping to play the trailer. If I switch to the plex app in the same location on the Samsung Smart TV it plays fine, same with my lap top or other devices. Any thoughts I have this all on a Synology 1815+ and an eero system (and hardwired Roku).
Experiencing same thing here on:
Server: Version 1.19.3.2852
Plex Web: Version 4.30.2
Latest Nvidia Shield version (can’t check atm).
Plex iOS: v6.12.1
Playing any movie first plays a pre-roll, then the movie. No attempt at trailers.
