Plex on Roku stuck at 33%. Plex on LG TV, or on web browser works fine

I have Plex server running on a Synology DS3615xs NAS.

I have 3 Roku’s around the house, all connected to LG smart TV’s. When I run the Plex App on the Roku, the videos stop at 33%. I can leave it for an hour, it’s still stuck at 33%.

However if I use the Plex app on the LG smart tv, the video runs with no issue

If I run the web based Plex URL on my Windows PC, it plays with no issue

Thoughts?
