Transcode runner appears to have died

Hello,

I have a plex server running on Unraid and i have issue with live TV that crash on my fire TV every 5 min when transodong is needed

When I look on the log, i see “Transcode runner appears to have died”

I’ve attached my log.

I’m getting the same recently with pretty much all my media.

[Transcode/a42f5j4n5bktt60o51bjrq86] Transcode runner appears to have died.

LPE: unknown item 4133.
Sync: failed to generate query for path library://c2d02223-3b48-4e2e-bf81-197297524a5a/item/%2Flibrary%2Fmetadata%2F4133 in sync item 44734813

No idea what’s changed other than updating Plex.
