Transcoder failing

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2852
Player Version#: 4.30.2

I keep getting the transcoder exited error either at home on the server or when im away or sharing with friends. Can’t watch anything for more than 15 minutes without plex failing. I then have to wait a minute or two then I can start it back.
