Transcoder issues? Am I alone?

Has anyone been experiencing transcoder failed errors lately? I’ve been running Plex for years and some of the files doing this have been played plenty of times before with no issues

I guess it might help if you shared some more details…
e.g. what version of PMS do you have installed and on what platform, on what Plex client are you experiencing this? I guess this is a TCL TV with Android TV… so is this Plex for Android TV too?

Also… with what kind of media are you experiencing this issue?

As for your original question… no, I’m not seeing this on my setup :wink:

I’m running the latest pms ver. It’s running on unraid, the issue happens most of the time at the end of a movie or show looks to be with h.264 content and aac 5.1 here is 2 files that has done it forsure.

yup get this with hvec vids when moving from one tv episode to the next. Not sure if its to do with that or subs in the hvec or the fact im asking transcoding 7.1 atmos.

the exit code im getting is…

cant find anything on the web that resolves this.

I paid money for PMS. I thought it was avant grande. Current reality suggests otherwise.
