I have been using Plex without any problems for many years. Ever since the introduction of the Transcoder thing I run into all sorts of problems. Most recently I get the message “conversion failed the transcoder crashed or failed to open” What does this mean and how do I fix it. I don’t really want to transcode anything - I just want to watch my shows as I always used to without any problems. This issue occurs only on some file types (shows) and affects mainly older shows.
