Multiple of my clients is experiencing multiple errors on any device when starting media from my Plex server. Clients are on multiple devices so I figured it may be on my end but I’ve only been able to replicate the problem once on my PS4. The errors are one of the two below every time though.

This has been occurring for the last 3 days. Nothing has changed with the unraid setup and I’ve been coasting with no issues for the last year or so. The setup has been the same for 1-2 years. Everything has been up to date to include Unraid 6.9.2, docker container is updated and network on router is fine too. I just don’t know what to do. Currently, I can only use the Plex server if I’m on my own PC/Unraid Server to watch anything. Remote Access is also “Green” to go.

(Update) I went through the Plex Console and noticed a repetitive “RED” error from what looks like, my clients trying to connect to a movie but it not working. I could be wrong but I wanted to paste the error that I’m seeing.
Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=5, device=19_MUSEL_UHD_BASIC, model=UN55RU7300FXZA
This one is particular has popped up at least 5 times in the last 5 mins.
