Transcoding doesn't work when VPN active

Player Version#: any

I cannot transcode anything at all when there’s a VPN active. I’ve whitelisted all the Plex .exes that I can find, and remote access works fine, but I simply cannot transcode. As soon as the VPN is off, transcoding works again, but stops once the VPN is on, even though in theory it shouldn’t affect it.

Is there a fix for this at all?

Just to add to this - HW and non-HW both don’t work

Anyone? Seems strange that remote access would be absolutely fine with no issues, but I physically cannot transcode at all. It’s not a hardware issue as it transcodes fine once VPN is off!
