Hello everybody. I’ve just upgraded the xbox 360 plex app and finally I can now strema from my plex server, but I have a problem: Even if I set the quality to maximum, it seems that the server is transcoding the video. I see the cpu at 100%, and this thing does not happen when I stream on raspberry or kodi. What is the trick?
Another question…is there any way to have dts from xbox 360 and plex?
No DTS at this time. Also, it might explain the transcoding you are seeing, where it has to change the audio to Stereo.

Mine is transcoding everything too, and it’s converting all of the audio (my files have either AC3 or DTS 6.1) to boot! It’s annoying. My Chromecast has better surround sound support.
