I originally found the fix for this issue years ago in Windows10 but at long last I have finally upgraded to W11.
Any time I have an active RDP session to my server, it seems plex is locked out of accessing the GPU. I’ve tried as many group policies related to RDP session enviroment on the server but still cant seem to find a work around. Hoping someone else can this time around.
