Plex server problem with HW Transcoding when RDP is OFF

Hello,

After months, today i figured out why sometimes my server decode video with my nvidia and sometimes just don’t. Its because remote conection with RDP.

Inside my server with RDP:

When RDP Is off , same media.

I have the HDMI Dummy plug.

Whats wrong?
