I would like to make a server for PLEX on Hyper-V Windows Server 2019 + VM on Ubuntu (for movies / tv series / music)
I got old Xeon CPU also no Quick sync. I wanted to take an Nvidia video card to do transcoding, and I found old NVidia GT93ß 1GB DDR3 video card. It is possible to do transcoding with this card? Is this card strong enough or I’ll not notice any improvment?
