Transcoser error on all playback

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: 3.108.2

At random times during play, both on the plex server and from phone and TV apps, with or without using chromecast, this error shows:

Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.

This has only been happening since upgrading the server and I’ve tried fiddling with the relevant settings (re-enabling direct play etc.Plex Media Server Logs_2019-09-10_14-31-43.zip (5.3 MB) ). The server is running on Windows 10 1903 with the most recent updates etc. I’m sadly not very good with Plex so hoping you can spare a little time to poke through my logs and let me know where I’m going wrong?

yeah, everything on there is a local drive

I’ve also just updated to a new version and I’m still getting it all the time. Has got to the point that I’m not using plex much these days which I’m pretty sad about

Please turn VERBOSE logging off. Then try to play something. Wait a minute or so after error. then upload the new logs.
