Trouble Connecting to a Shared Library

I have a Plex account at work that has Plex Pass and has been updated to the latest server version (0.9.11). At home I am able to see my personal library through the app but not my work library. I can see the shared library through the web app. One interesting thing of note... when looking at the server info through https://plex.tv/servers, my work server is listed as version 0.9.9 and last seen weeks ago even though it's currently available.

 

Any ideas what could be going on and how I can get this working? Thanks!

It sounds like you have multiple Plex account names active or you are simply seeing a cached artifact of when it last was active.   

Although listed as available, does it respond and stream?  If so, then you need to see which account it is signed in / associated with.

If you can't, meaning the 'Last Seen' date for the work server is probably correct, and it is signed in using your Plex Pass account, then it's not connected (Settings > Server > Connect).   

To start determining what has happened, you must from the server keyboard, or via a SSH session, log in using your Plex Pass account,  then proceed to open the management UI on the work-located server.

There you will quickly be able to determine what is happening.
