Hi all,
I’m running into a persistent issue with my Plex Media Server and sharing libraries with friends/family.

I have Plex Pass.

My server is called PLEX2.

It is claimed and signed in under my Plex account.

Remote Access is green / fully accessible outside my network.

Libraries (Films, TV Programmes, Documentaries, Stand-Up) are fully indexed and playable locally.
The problem:

When I share libraries with friends, they can see my server name and library names under Manage Library Access.

However, when they log into app.plex.tv, there is no server dropdown. They only see Plex’s streaming menus (Discover, Watchlist, etc.) and the shared libraries are empty.

Even on my own Plex account, sometimes the server dropdown does not appear at app.plex.tv, same issue.
What I’ve tried so far:

Removed and re-claimed the server.

Revoked and re-invited Friends several times.

Renamed the server.

Cleared cookies/cache (plex.tv + app.plex.tv).

Tested with multiple accounts → all have the same issue.
At this point it feels like my server isn’t being published correctly to Plex’s cloud, even though it’s claimed and Remote Access works fine.
Question:
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to “reset” or force Plex to re-sync my server in the backend so it reliably appears in Plex Web for me and my Friends?
